Leasing and Application
Applicant's gross combined income must be equal to three times the amount of market rent. Employees: 60 days of current pay stubs and the two most recent bank statements. Self-Employed: The previous year's tax return (including Schedule C) and the most recent personal bank statement. Other: Job offer letters (dated within 30 days), pension distribution statements, or court-ordered child support/alimony.

There is a $35 annual registration fee + $15 monthly parking fee per vehicle parked inside the gated parking garage. Boats, trailers, commercial vans, and campers are prohibited unless designated parking areas are available. Inoperable or unsightly vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
