Utlities and Payments

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month with no grace period. Residents pay online via your ResidentPortal.
A late charge is applied if all rent is not paid by the 3rd day of the month. This fee is 10% of the monthly base rent or $150.00.
Rent is late on the 3rd at Midnight every month.
